Hosting

The site and published invitations are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (the application runs on Cloudflare Workers). Data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (configured with a Western Europe location hint, which — outside a dedicated Enterprise plan — remains a technical indication rather than a contractual residency guarantee) and photos in a Cloudflare R2 storage bucket whose jurisdiction is fixed to the European Union, contractually guaranteed by Cloudflare once the bucket is created.

Intellectual property

The site's structure, code, invitation templates, illustrations and visual identity belong to Cécile Missol EI or its partners and are protected under intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, beyond the strictly personal use of the invitations published by our couple customers, is prohibited.

Text, photographs and other content that a couple enters into their invitation remain their property, or that of the third parties who granted them the rights; the couple warrants that they hold the necessary rights to publish and share this content with their guests.

External links and sale on Etsy

Access to the service follows the purchase, on Etsy, of a digital download containing the activation link. Etsy Inc. is an independent third-party site, governed by its own terms of use; Cécile Missol EI is not responsible for the operation of the Etsy platform itself.

Governing law

This site is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
